GetCategoryInfo

Returns information about an achievement/statistic category.

Signature:

Arguments:

• id - The numeric ID of an achievement/statistic category (number)

Returns:

• name - Name of the category (string)
  
• parentID - ID of the parent category of which this is a sub-category, or -1 if this is a top-level category (number)
  
• flags - Various additional information about the category; currently unused (0 for all existing categories) (bitfield)
